How to tell us about material you believe infringes your copyright, what a valid notice has to contain, and how we handle counter-notices.
IPTV Sub UK respects copyright and responds to properly made complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent legislation elsewhere. We provide access to third-party streams; we do not host, store or transmit the underlying programming from our own infrastructure. Where we can act on a complaint we will, and where we cannot we will say so plainly and point you at whoever can.
If you own the rights, or are authorised to act for whoever does, send a written notice containing all of the following. A notice missing any of it cannot be acted on, and we will come back to you asking for the rest:
Email the notice to help@iptvsub.tv with "DMCA notice" in the subject line so it is routed straight to the right place. We acknowledge receipt within two working days and aim to have acted or replied substantively within five.
Where access has been removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice. It needs your signature, identification of what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your contact details together with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We pass valid counter-notices to the original complainant, and access may be restored if they do not pursue the matter.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing carries liability for damages under the DMCA. We keep a record of every notice received, including ones that turn out to be unfounded.
We terminate the accounts of subscribers who are shown to be repeat infringers. That is a condition of using the service and it is not negotiable.
