The agreement between you and IPTV Sub UK: what we supply, what we ask of you, and where responsibility sits on each side. Last reviewed August 2026.
Placing an order, starting a free trial or using the credentials we issue means you accept what follows. If you do not accept it, do not use the service — and if you have already paid, say so inside the seven-day window and we will refund you.
We supply access to internet television streams and an on-demand library, reached through a third-party player application on hardware you already own. We supply the access; we do not supply the hardware, the broadband connection, or the player app, and we do not produce or host the programming itself.
The credentials we issue are for your household. You are responsible for keeping them to yourself. Sharing them more widely — publishing them, reselling them, or running them well beyond the number of connections you paid for — is the one thing that will get an account suspended without a refund, because it degrades the service for everyone on the same infrastructure.
A connection is one stream playing at one time. Plans are sold in fixed terms of one, three, six or twelve months at the prices shown on the pricing page, payable up front. Nothing renews automatically: when a term ends, access stops until you buy another. Prices may change for future terms, but never for one you have already paid for.
The trial runs for 24 hours on a single connection and carries the full channel list. It is one per household. We take no payment details, so nothing can bill you when it expires — access simply ends.
Do not resell access, redistribute or rebroadcast streams, attempt to record and republish content, or use the service to break the law where you live. Do not try to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the infrastructure. Accounts doing any of this are closed.
We work hard to keep the service online, but this is streamed television over the public internet and we will not promise perfection. Individual channels come and go as upstream sources change. Planned maintenance is scheduled for quiet hours wherever possible. An outage lasting more than 24 hours that we cannot resolve entitles you to a pro-rata credit — ask and we will apply it.
Programming originates with third parties. We do not control what is broadcast, we do not host it, and we cannot guarantee that any particular channel or title will remain available for the length of your term. Rights to view particular content vary by territory and remain your responsibility.
You can stop at any time by not renewing; there is no notice to give. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of section 6, or for a chargeback raised without contacting us first. Where we close an account for a breach, no refund is due.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed match, a spoiled evening, a business loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it legally cannot.
We can revise these terms. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers and take effect at your next renewal, not mid-term, so you always finish the term you bought under the terms you bought it under.
