General

The basics

It is a television subscription that arrives over your broadband line instead of an aerial, a satellite dish or a cable. We give you a username, a password and a server address; you put those into a player app on a device you already own, and a channel list of 18,500+ live channels plus 65,000+ films and box sets loads. No dish goes on the wall and no engineer comes round.
Catch-up apps give you one broadcaster's own programmes, after transmission. This is live television — the channel is playing right now, the same as it would be on an aerial — across a great many broadcasters at once, with on-demand sitting alongside it in the same app. In practice it replaces the box under the telly rather than the apps on it.
About 10 Mbps will hold a standard HD channel, 25 Mbps is comfortable for 1080p, and 4K wants 50 Mbps or more. Those figures are per stream, so a household running three connections at once needs roughly three times the headroom. Stability matters more than the headline number — a steady 30 Mbps beats a 200 Mbps line that drops out every evening.
The technology itself is ordinary and entirely lawful; it is the same protocol your broadband provider uses for its own TV service. What varies by country is the rights position of particular content, and that is a question for you and your own jurisdiction. We provide access to streams and do not host content ourselves. If you are unsure whether something is licensed where you live, check before you rely on it.
Pricing

Paying for it

One connection is $25 for a month, $45 for three months, $65 for six and $90 for a year. Adding connections raises the price — five connections for twelve months is $285, the most expensive box we sell. Every combination is laid out on the pricing page; there are twenty in total and none of them is hidden behind an enquiry form.
You place the order here, we email a payment link, and you settle it there. That link accepts the usual credit and debit cards and the common online wallets, and it is handled by the payment provider rather than by us — no card number ever touches this site or this form.
No. A plan runs for the term you bought and then stops. There is no rolling contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee, and nothing renews automatically unless you come back and buy another term. If you want to leave, you simply do not renew.
Yes, within the first seven days. Tell us inside that window and we refund the term in full. We would rather you used the free 24 hours first, because most of the reasons a service does not suit someone — a slow line in the evening, a channel that turns out not to be carried — show up on the first night and cost you nothing to discover.
Devices

Devices and apps

Amazon Fire TV Stick including the 4K and 4K Max, Android TV boxes and Nvidia Shield, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows and macOS, and MAG boxes. The rule of thumb: if a device can run a player app that accepts an Xtream Codes login or an M3U link, it will work here.
On a Firestick or Android box, TiviMate is the one most people settle on — its guide handling is the best of the bunch. IPTV Smarters Pro is the easier starting point and runs on virtually everything. On iPhone and iPad, OTT Navigator and Smarters both work well. All of them are free to try, and the setup guide has the steps for each.
One connection is one stream playing at one time — not one device. You can install the app on the telly, the tablet and your phone on a single connection; you just cannot have two of them playing at once. Households that watch in different rooms simultaneously want two or more, which is what the connection tabs on the pricing page are for.

The free 24 hours

Yes. The 24 hours opens the same 18,500+ channels and the same on-demand library as a paid plan, on one connection. Nothing is fenced off to make the paid version look better. We ask for a name and an email so we can send the credentials, and we do not take card details, so there is nothing to cancel.
Access stops and that is the end of it. Nothing bills you, nothing renews, and you will not get chased. If you want to carry on, you pick a term on the pricing page and order it in the normal way; if you do not, you can simply ignore us.
Technical

When something misbehaves

Nearly always the line rather than the service. Run a speed test at the time it happens, not at 10am — evening congestion is the usual culprit. Then try a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi instead of 2.4 GHz, restart the router, and lower the stream quality in the player to see whether it settles. If it still stutters on one channel while everything else is fine, tell us which channel and we will look at that stream.
Email help@iptvsub.tv or use the live chat, both of which reach the same people, seven days a week. The contact page has a form if you would rather write it all out in one go. Telling us the device and roughly when the problem started usually saves a round trip.
It should not, and most of the well-known providers work fine alongside it. A VPN can help if your ISP throttles video in the evening, though it can also slow things down if you pick a distant server — so if you are troubleshooting buffering, turn it off first to see which side the problem is on.
Yes, seven days of it, matched to UK listings and refreshed nightly. It loads by itself in TiviMate, IPTV Smarters and OTT Navigator. An accurate guide matters more than it sounds: reminders, recordings and catch-up all read from it, so if the EPG is a day out then everything built on it is wrong too.
