What we ask you for, why we need it, how long we keep it and what you can make us do about it. Last reviewed August 2026.
We ask for as little as we can get away with. To sell you a subscription we need an email address to send credentials to, and a name to put on the account. Everything else on our forms is optional and marked as such. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.
Three categories, and no others:
The site also records ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — which are used to spot abuse and to work out what is broken. They are not tied back to your account.
Creating and running your subscription, emailing you credentials and renewal reminders, answering your questions, and meeting our accounting obligations. We do not use your address for unrelated marketing, and there is an unsubscribe link on anything that is not a transactional message.
Our payment provider, because they have to process the payment. Our email provider, because the message has to travel somehow. Our live chat provider, because that is where the conversation happens. That is the list. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will hand over data if a court with jurisdiction over us orders it, and not otherwise.
Account and order records are kept for six years, which is what tax law requires of us. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Server logs are rotated out after 90 days. Trial accounts that never converted are deleted after 12 months.
The site is served over HTTPS throughout, access to the account system is restricted to the people who need it, and payment details never reach our servers in the first place. No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.
This site sets a small number of cookies: one to remember your session while you are ordering, and whatever the live chat widget needs to keep a conversation open across pages. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies entirely will break the order form but will not stop you reading the site.
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email help@iptvsub.tv and we will action it within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except where we are legally required to retain a billing record — in that case we will tell you precisely what we are keeping and why.
This service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly hold data on anyone under 18, and if we discover we have, we delete it. Parents who believe a child has given us details should email us and we will remove them.
If this policy changes materially we will note the date at the top and, for anything that affects how we use existing data, email account holders directly rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
Privacy questions and data requests both go to help@iptvsub.tv.
